TrustFacts is not a casino18+ / 19+ / 21+ by market

We publish Trust Gauge scores. We do not operate games, hold player funds, issue licences, or take bets.

  • A review is not a recommendation to gamble and is not personal financial advice.
  • Confirm the live regulator register and the operator’s current T&Cs on the URL you join. Pages here can lag a licence change.
  • VPN or fake-location tools to enter a licensed market are usually a terms breach and can freeze funds.
  • The Gauge is not for sale. Rank order is score-first.
  • If play is no longer fun, stop. Help lines are listed per market below.
  • International: Local emergency services if you are in crisis. This site is not clinical advice.
Affiliate / advertising disclosureApplies to Visit / Get-bonus hops

Some outbound buttons may be affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up. That money does not set the Gauge.

  • Hops only attach when a brand is Gauge 65+ and on a licensed CA / UKGC / US-state desk.
  • Tracked hops use rel="sponsored". Untacked official URLs are placeholders until a tracker is pasted.
  • Crown sites (PlayOLG, PlayNow, Espacejeux, PlayAlberta) often have no affiliate programme — the button still goes to the official URL.
  • Welcome-offer copy on this site is a pointer. The operator’s live T&Cs win.
  • Grey-market, sweepstakes, and crypto brands stay in the index without a hop.
Ontario — iGaming Ontario / AGCO19+

Only iGO-listed products are legal real-money online casino in Ontario. A Curaçao footer or a US app is not that licence.

  • Legal age is 19. Have photo ID ready. KYC is expected before a first withdrawal.
  • Match the operator on the iGO player-facing directory, not a lookalike .com.
  • PlayOLG is the provincial crown vertical — different recourse than a private iGO brand.
  • Self-exclusion and deposit limits are available on operator tools plus provincial RG programmes.
  • Crypto, grey US, and offshore “.com Canada” brands are not Ontario-legal substitutes.
  • ConnexOntario: 1-866-531-2600 · connexontario.ca — 24/7
  • iGO: igamingontario.ca — player protection and the live operator list
Alberta — AGLC18+

Alberta’s licensed private iGaming market is separate from Ontario iGO. 18+. Same logo on an iGO URL is a different product.

  • Legal age is 18. Confirm the AGLC / AiGC listed operator, not a grey .com.
  • PlayAlberta is the provincial platform — not PlayOLG and not iGO.
  • Market launched 13 July 2026. New-market cashiers can still be rough; score the Alberta URL only.
  • GameSense tools and provincial self-exclusion apply on licensed sites.
  • GameSense (AGLC): 1-866-332-2322 · gamesense.com
  • AGLC: aglc.ca — licensed gaming in Alberta
British Columbia — BCLC / PlayNow19+

PlayNow is the only legal real-money online casino for BC residents. Private iGO brands are not a BC licence.

  • Legal age is 19. PlayNow is BCLC. Confirm you are on playnow.com.
  • Ontario or Alberta URLs do not make a brand legal in BC.
  • GameSense and BCLC RG tools apply.
  • GameSense: 1-888-795-6111 · gamesense.com
  • BCLC: bclc.com
Quebec — Loto-Québec / Espacejeux18+

Espacejeux is the only legal real-money online casino in Quebec. Private iGO casinos are not a Quebec licence.

  • Legal age is 18. Use the Loto-Québec URL, not a mirror.
  • French-language T&Cs on the official site win over any English affiliate rewrite.
  • Jeu : aide et référence: 1-800-461-5420 · jeu-aidereference.qc.ca
  • Loto-Québec: lotoquebec.com
Rest of Canada — no private iGaming market18+ / 19+ by province

ROC is everything outside Ontario iGO, Alberta AGLC, BCLC PlayNow, and Loto-Québec. Most ROC brands are Kahnawake or offshore. They are Gauged, not licensed-market hops.

  • Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Atlantic provinces, and the territories do not have a private iGaming market like Ontario or Alberta.
  • A Curaçao or Kahnawake footer is not a provincial licence. Do not treat an ROC brand as legal in Ontario or Alberta.
  • We do not attach Visit / Get-bonus buttons on this desk.
  • If you live in a monopoly province (B.C., Quebec), the crown site is the legal cashier — not this list.
  • If play is no longer fun: Use the help line for the province you are in (ConnexOntario, GameSense, Jeu : aide et référence).
Great Britain — UK Gambling Commission18+

UKGC + GAMSTOP. Confirm the live public register. An Ontario or .com sister is not the GB product.

  • Legal age is 18. Affordability and identity checks are normal and can delay withdrawals.
  • GAMSTOP applies to licensed GB operators. Do not treat a .com mirror as a GAMSTOP workaround.
  • Debit / Faster Payments are typical. Credit-card gambling is banned in GB.
  • Register: gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register.
  • BeGambleAware: 0808 8020 133 · begambleaware.org
  • GAMSTOP: gamstop.co.uk — national self-exclusion
  • GamCare: gamcare.org.uk
United States — state iGaming only21+

There is no federal online-casino licence. Legal real-money iGaming is geo-fenced by state. Sweepstakes and grey .ag sites are not that licence.

  • Legal age is 21 in the iGaming states we score. Sports-legal is not automatically casino-legal (example: New York).
  • You must be physically in the licensed state. VPN play is a terms and often a criminal-adjacent risk.
  • NJ DGE, PA PGCB, MI MGCB, WV, and CT compact products are separate files even under the same brand.
  • Stake.us, Chumba, Pulsz and other sweepstakes casinos are not DGE/PGCB iGaming. They do not get a hop on this desk.
  • State self-exclusion (for example NJ and PA) is stronger than an operator-only cool-off.
  • 1-800-GAMBLER: US National Council on Problem Gambling · ncpgambling.org
  • NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement: njoag.gov/about/divisions-and-offices/division-of-gaming-enforcement-home
  • PA Gaming Control Board: gamingcontrolboard.pa.gov
Crypto / no-upfront-KYC casinosNot a licensed-market substitute

Fast on-chain payouts are not a regulator. Most crypto brands here are Curaçao-class, off the hop, and illegal to use as an iGO/UKGC/US-state substitute.

  • Sign-up without ID does not mean withdraw without ID. KYC usually appears at cashout.
  • We do not attach Visit/Get-bonus hops to crypto or grey brands.
  • Licence claims on a footer image are not R until they resolve on a public register.
  • Using these sites from Ontario, Alberta, GB, or a US iGaming state typically breaches both local law and the operator’s geo rules.
  • If you are in a licensed market: Use that market’s help line (ConnexOntario, GameSense, BeGambleAware, 1-800-GAMBLER) — not the casino’s chat.
Instant / minutes-class payoutsAfter KYC — not before

“Instant” on this desk means on-chain or e-wallet speed after the cashier approves the withdrawal. It is not a licence and not a skip-KYC promise.

  • Most no-upfront-KYC brands still ask for documents at cashout.
  • A 10-minute crypto payout after a 3-day ID queue is not instant in practice.
  • Ontario, Alberta, UKGC, and US-state players must use those desks. Speed is not legality.
Live casino / live dealerSame operator licence

Live blackjack and roulette run on the same operator file as the slots lobby. Evolution or Pragmatic Play in the studio does not raise the Gauge.

  • The studio is a supplier. The cashier, KYC, and complaints sit with the operator we score.
  • Bingo-first and sweepstakes brands are listed separately and stay off this desk.
  • Live tables in a grey wrapper are still grey.
Online poker roomsSame operator licence

Poker traffic is not extra licensing. Cash games and MTTs sit on the same operator file as the casino lobby.

  • A big player pool does not raise the Gauge.
  • Rakeback and leaderboards are marketing, not ADR.
  • Ontario, Alberta, UKGC, and US-state players must use those licensed poker products.
Free games / demosNot a deposit licence

Play-for-fun does not make a later deposit legal. Demo RTP can differ from cash RTP.

  • Free play is a software demo, not a review of the cashier.
  • A demo that works from your province does not mean real-money play is legal there.
  • Social / sweepstakes coins are not iGaming.
