Canada is not one casino market
iGO, AGLC, and rest-of-Canada grey are different licences. The same logo on two URLs is two files.
Ontario
19+. The commercial market is iGaming Ontario under the AGCO. If the product is not on the iGO register, it is not the Ontario file — even if the trademark matches a site you used in another province.
Alberta
18+. AGLC is a separate licensed private market. We only keep Alberta on a row when the brand is on that review list. Grey wrappers that still geo-block Alberta do not get the Alberta desk.
Rest of Canada
Most other provinces still route legal play through crowns, or sit in a grey belt. ROC on this site means we scored the brand and we do not attach a hop. That is not an invitation to VPN around a geo-block.
British Columbia and Quebec have their own crown products. We keep those desks separate so a PlayNow score is not a Play Alberta score.
