Player reviews do not move the Gauge
Handles, stars, and cashier stories sit next to the desk file. They are opinions. The score stays independent.
Two columns, one page
Every casino review now has a player board: handle (not a legal name), 1–5 stars, and what happened on KYC, cashier, or tables. That board is how we start a customer-review file without letting it capture the Gauge.
A pile of five-star player notes will not lift a 43. A pile of one-star notes will not drop an 81 by itself. Complaint themes still have to show up in the desk file.
How to file one
Open any casino page, scroll to Player reviews, and write what you can stand behind. No links. No email. If you need the regulator, use the compliance notes on that page — not the casino chat.
